Payment Policy

We can assure you, that we make every effort to keep our fees reasonable while still providing high quality medicine. Our fees are based on compensating our personnel, purchase and maintenance of diagnostic equipment, and maintaining the hospital to insure the best medical treatment for your pet. We believe that undercharging will only lead to decrease in standards of quality medicine. Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered and we do not allow any type of payment plans. We can offer you to apply for Care Credit, a service that allows pet owners to make monthly payments and provide the care you want for your pet. If you want to know about the cost of treatment for your pet, we are more than happy to provide you an estimate before we start any services.
