Thank you for choosing Cahuenga Pet Hospital to provide medical care for your pet. We make every effort to provide reasonable costs for services, but modern veterinary care can be costly. Our fees are based on compensating our personnel, purchasing and maintaining our diagnostic equipment, and maintaining the hospital to insure the best medical treatment for your pet. We believe that undercharging will only lead to a decrease in our standards and therefore the quality of medicine that we provide for your pet.
Medical Treatment Plan
Following an examination of your pet, the veterinarian in charge will provide you with detailed medical treatment plan and approximate cost of services, procedures, tests, drugs, and supplies to treat your pet. This medical treatment plan fee will reflect only the initial diagnostic care and treatment, and may change, based on your treatment decisions.
Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of service. If your pet is hospitalized, full payment is required based on the medical treatment plan provided by the veterinarian in charge. If additional services were provided during your pet’s stay, the final payment is due when your pet is discharged. Treatment of your pet is determined by your decisions after the consideration of your own financial resources. You have the right to decline any or all treatment suggested for your pet. We accept cash, checks, Master Card, VISA and Discover credit cards.
