Wellness Plan Services
Includes twice-yearly comprehensive physical exams, routinely recommended vaccinations, diagnostic testing, fecal exams, deworming treatments and unlimited office visits.
Includes all “Essential Wellness” services PLUS dental cleaning and urine testing. Recommended for young adult dogs ages 3 and up.
Comprehensive Wellness Examination (2x/year)
Comprehensive examination is the most important part of your pet’s visit. It allows our doctors to assess your dog’s overall health and to identify potential medical problems. Your dog’s physical exam includes:
• Abdominal Palpation
• Cardiovascular Evaluation
• Coat & Skin Evaluation
• Dental Exam
• Ear Exam
• Eye Exam
• Musculoskeletal Evaluation
• Neurological Evaluation
• Pulmonary/Lung Evaluation
• Rectal Exam
• Urogenital Evaluation
• Weight & Nutritional Counseling
Vaccinating your pet has been considered one of the best and easiest ways to help prevent many diseases that affect pets. Our veterinarian will recommend a vaccination schedule, so your pet can live a long, happy, and healthy life.
• DHP (Up to 4x) (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza)
• Leptospirosis (Up to 3x)
• Lyme (2x)
• Parvo (Up to 4x)
• Corona (Up to 3x)
• Bordetella (Up to 3x)
• Rabies (1x)
*Most vaccines are included in your plan. Our veterinarian may recommend additional vaccinations that are not included. Vaccine booster included in first year only.
These routinely recommended tests will provide your veterinarian with information about the dog’s overall health, and help to identify disease, parasites and infections before it becomes a serious health issue.
• Heartworm/Lyme/Ehrlichia test (As needed)
• Ear Mite swab and microscopic exam*
* Included in the first year only.
Heartworm/Lyme/Ehrlichia test: a single test to check for the following diseases: Heartworm disease, Lyme disease, Ehrlichiosis, and Anaplasmosis that transmitted by mosquitoes and ticks.
Ear Mite swab and microscopic exam: a test to determine the cause of abnormal ear discharge. Common findings with ear infections are bacteria, yeast, or mites. An ear swab and microscopic examination is always recommended if there any ear discharge, ear inflammation or itchiness.
Intestinal Parasite Fecal Exam (2x)
Routine fecal exams help us detect intestinal parasites that can cause disease.
Dog wellness plans include multiple treatments for parasites like roundworm, hookworm and other disease-causing intestinal organisms.
Unlimited Office Visits
Unlimited office calls visits included in the Wellness Plan. Appointment is required.

Spay or Neuter Surgery
This recommended procedure helps your pet live a healthier, happier, longer life and minimizes dog overpopulation. We always thoroughly assess your puppy’s health before anesthesia, and build baselines to guide current and future care. Spay or Neuter surgery includes:
• Pre-Surgical Blood Test
• Pre-Anesthetic Sedation
• General anesthesia
• I.V. Fluids & Monitoring
• Hospitalization & Nursing Care
• Antibiotic Injection*
• Pain Relief injection*
